Shipping
Orders ship on Mondays by USPS from Bly, Oregon. Shipping on Mondays means less time sitting in transit over the weekend.
Damaged boxes and refunds
If your box arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We'll replace it or refund it.
Fudge Club billing
- Your card is charged when you join, and your first box ships the next shipping Monday.
- Your membership renews monthly on the same date.
- Skip a month or cancel anytime before your renewal date on Manage my Fudge Club. No fees.
Privacy
We use your information only to fill your orders and to send emails you signed up for. We never sell it. Payments are handled by Square, so we never see or store your full card number.
